What this site collects, why, and who sees it.
What is collected
Only what you type. The forms on this site ask for a name, a phone number or email address, your company, and a message. The chat panel records the conversation you have with it. Nothing else is gathered about you as you read.
What it is used for
Replying to you. A membership enquiry goes to the membership office; a general message goes to the front desk. It is not sold, rented, or passed to anyone outside the Syracuse Builders Exchange and the vendors below who help operate the site.
Who else is involved
- Form and chat messages are delivered through infrastructure operated by 3engines on the association’s behalf, and chat replies are generated using an AI service. Do not send anything confidential through the chat panel.
- The electronic plan room, the membership application and dues payment are run by third parties on their own systems, under their own privacy policies. This statement does not cover them.
- Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser when a page loads.
Buyer’s Guide listings
Business listings in the Buyer’s Guide — company name, address, phone number and website — are published by the association as a trade directory. They are business contact details, not personal ones. If a listing is wrong or you want it removed, contact the office.
